Order Processing Time

– Please note that our items are made to order with meticulous care. We require an estimated production time of 8-10 weeks or more during the sale period. We don’t work a timeline we do make orders whenever your order is ready to ship we will inform you via email and WhatsApp API. Shipping Time

– Once your order is meticulously crafted, it will be packaged and shipped within 1 week & 4-5 days to reach you or it depending on your location. 

Free Shipping

– We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders as our token of appreciation for choosing Lufyyexpress. 

International Orders 

– For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties or taxes may apply. Delivery times can vary based on the destination.

Order Tracking

– Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This enables you to track your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

-Once the Order is shipped it is the customer’s responsibility to be connected with the courier services. We would be happy to help you out with this.

– If the package is not delivered we don’t hold any responsibility. It’s all on a third-party courier service.

– As each item is crafted specifically for you, we regret that we cannot accept order cancellations once the production process has commenced. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order

– There will be no cancellations and refunds on sale orders.
