RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To initiate an size exchange, please contact our customer service team at whatsapp +91-9067450309 within 3 days of receiving the item. 
  • After 3 days of receiving the item, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on any conditions. 
  • Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 
  • (1) the product/s are returned after use
  • (2) the products are damaged
  • The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on Whatsapp +91-9067450309.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days. 
  • If you have received a defective product, share images on whatsapp +91-9067450309 and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size, product, design only once.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till month from the date of issue. 
  • Note : Please don’t accept embroidery colour to be exact as image. Colour differs in real life as per the lights or environment. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

  • Cancellation and refund are not possible against any orders.
  • Cancellations of orders is not possible against any orders. Once an order is made by the customers it’s final. 
  • Cancellations charges of ₹350 per item will be deducted in every condition.
  • If your order is a custom. The Custom Fees of your order which is to make custom designs for you are Non-Refundable. It will be deducted while processing a refund from your total amount.
  • Once your order is been made and shipped. And customer wants to cancel the order. ₹350 per item will still be charged. After using resources on orders. 

* In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
